Is this way of curing diabetes mentioned actually true, If so I should have found out earlier! The source looks like a reliable healthcare news website

Not for all causes of Diabetes but for the majority of cases I would say yes, this is accurate information provided by the site in question. this is not new information. this is standard info your doctor should have already provided to you as part of your regiment to managing the disease.
